And so it begins.
How is life after SUU? Like a lazy summer filled with family, barbeque's, working, and the Wii. haha For the most part, Cody and I have been working full-time at our jobs, trying to work in at least a couple of tennis games, and basically goofing off whenever we can. it's been nice.
I have started working on a website for myself...because i should have had one already... what better time than now i guess. it's weird, because i have taken on this project, and i keep thinking i need to finish this soon cause it's due in some class.... oh wait. i have no class. i'm on my own time now. A very odd concept.
For the time being, i am still at my current job making website-based educational tutorials. it's a fun place to work, and the load is light enough. I might look into other graphic design jobs in the area, but i guess i can't really do that until my site is up and going. (it's a major portfolio necessity) so, we'll see what happens with that.
What else, what else? a couple of weeks ago we joined the Campbells/Taylors for a 5K run and walk in SLC. It was an awesome experience. It was for Breast Cancer, and it was a real eye opener to see how this ailment really affects everyone. It was a really good day. After spending some time w. family, had to get home. We took a detour and stopped in Provo (originally for gas?) but we somehow ended over by BYU and the MTC. I had never seen these places up close before, so we stopped and looked around. We then went over to the Provo temple. it was really neat. It was so quiet and peaceful. it was getting pretty dark/late, so we got back on the road.

This weekend, my sister Emily is graduating from high school! it is so crazy. i can't believe it. i am so proud and happy for her. She has accomplished so much. She is one of my heroes.
The calling is going good enough. All of the people that we switch off with from week to week have moved, so now it's just the Clare and Cody show every week until some new people are called. This will be interesting.
Oh yeah! James and Ernie, a navajo comedy duo came to cedar about a week ago and did a show here. it was SO good! haha i got to meet them and they are so cool and laid-back. it was awesome.

The Big Day
Well, it came and went. It was a wonderful day. I dressed in my native best, and represented the best i could. Everything went smoothly, and i got the closure i needed. Before, i was afraid to graduate, and that life as i knew it would be over. but it isn't and life is good. It was a good day. Thanks to all those that came and for the hugs. It was awesome. I'm not trying not to think about the whole "now i ahve to work... and raise a family part of it...) yeah. not yet. Here are a few pics of the cool, cool day.
